Landscapes in Motion: A Study of Ecological Transformation
One of the core projects showcased is Landscapes in Motion, a long-term study focusing on the ecological transformation of a garden in Groningen. Developed in the tradition of De Ploeg, this project employs an autonomous camera array to capture the intricate interactions between human and non-human elements throughout the seasons. The outcome is a series of painterly time-landscapes that unveil ecological rhythms often unnoticed by the human eye.
